Amid growing concerns that artificial intelligence will replace jobs, a Bengaluru-based company has offered refunds to employees who signed up for its ChatGPT Plus subscription.Capitalmind Chief Operating Officer developer Vashistha Iyer tweeted on Wednesday that chatbots have increased overall productivity by nearly five times. He also added that all employees can now perform complex analytics via ChatGPT “without code.”

Iyer also predicted that innovative companies would soon eliminate junior analyst positions. Newcomers to the field should use AI to sharpen their skills and overcome mediocrity, he continued.
