Your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you. Fear the living dead is still airing and a trailer for its eighth and final season is here. In it, the show directly refers to a major character in the original seriesproviding a link that fans have been curious afight since day one.
The first day was back in August 2015 and it was a very, very different show back then. He followed a family, led by Madison (Kim Dickens), At start of the zombie apocalypsea main period of time Walking Dead show never really delved into. In later seasons, however, To fear moved its timeline quite quickly. People die, come back, the scenery changes, and in this final season, seven the years have passed, almost raising the show to date with each other, which you’ll get a taste of at the end of this trailer.
Wait, wdamn it’s only 43 seconds? Is that a zombie head attached to a robot arm? It looks like something by Steven Spielberg AI! This image more than anything else in this trailer piques my interest, even more than now star of To fear, Morgan (Lennie James) returning home to King County, Georgia. It is where he first met Walking Dead star, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and since Rick will soon have its own show you have to ask yourself, wwill the two meet again? We will have to wait and see.
As with everything else, less robot-zombie-to manage, hHere’s AMC’s official description of the final season of Fear the living dead which begins on May 14:
The eighth season begins after the conclusion of season 7, when Morgan (Lennie James) and Madison (Kim Dicken) hopes of rescuing Mo from PADRE did not go as planned. Now Morgan, Madison and the others they brought to the island live under PADRE’s cynical rule. With our characters demoralized and discouraged, the task of rekindling belief in a better world falls to the person Morgan and Madison set out to save in the first place – Morgan’s daughter, Mo.
