Sony opens a beta program for the PS5 system software, to test what is apparently a “major update” for the end of the year. Maybe we can expand the SSD? Sony will reveal more details on the incoming features in the coming weeks.
Entries are limited to PS5 owners in the US, UK, Canada, Japan, Germany, and France, and you must be over 18 to participate. If you are selected, you will receive an email with information on how to download the beta firmware.
