OnePlus isn’t exactly known for keeping secrets – the company has spent the last few weeks teasing the launch of its new OnePlus 9 series smartphones, and a slew of related leaks mean little to the imagination is left. this stage. (Hello, OnePlus Watch!) I can think of a way to have fun with the company latest streaming launch event, however: watching it unfold with me and Cherlynn Low, Editor-in-Chief of Engadget.
The main event starts at 10:00 a.m. EST / 7:00 a.m. Pacific, but as usual we’ll begin our live coverage at 9.40am East / 6.40am Pacific. And the game plan? Well, we’ll do our best to be quiet for the duration of the show – unless it’s packed with Gen-Z slang like the last event we aired – but expect a lot of context, in-depth discussions and in-store discussions before and after. And the best part: Cherlynn and I won’t be as tired or hungry as we would be if we covered this event in person, although that doesn’t mean we won’t be exhausted or hungry at all. It’s just our vibe, you know?
